It adjoins the South West Coastal Footpath. It is anticipated that the ground floor of the main building and the old canoe club will be occupied by three local watersports clubs.

We are inviting expressions of interest for the opportunity to operate the café by way of a new ideally 5 year lease with the option to extend.
No premium is required, but an element of fit out costs will need to be considered by the ingoing tenant. The tenant will be responsible for their own utility costs and business rates.

The café accommodation comprises a food preparation and servery area, an interior dining area with approximately 42 covers and an outside balcony which could accommodate up to 30 additional covers.
